Medical City McKinney donates $30,000 to local charities
Medical City McKinney is honored to donate to two local charities this holiday season.
McKinney, Texas — Medical City McKinney is donating $30,000 to two local charities, part of a proud holiday tradition for medical staff and hospital colleagues.
The Community Food Pantry of McKinney and the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County received $15,000 each. Medical City McKinney and its medical staff contributed to the non-profit donations.
“We believe giving back to our community is part of our mission to care for and improve human life, says Ernest C. Lynch, III, CEO of Medical City McKinney. “Our medical staff and hospital are honored to see these organizations use our donations to develop services and programs that care for our community.”
The Community Food Pantry of McKinney is a nonprofit outreach program that provides food to families and individuals in need and brings an end to food insecurity in McKinney.

The Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County provides safety, healing and justice to children and families victimized by abuse and neglect in Collin County.
“We are so appreciative to Medical City McKinney for their generosity this holiday season. These funds will help support children and families victimized by abuse as part of the end-of-year campaign for Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County (CACCC),” says Lynne McLean, chief executive officer. “The programs and services at CACCC are carefully planned to provide children with the tools and support they need to reclaim their lives and this donation offers them hope for a brighter tomorrow.”
