Spencer Turner
Chief executive officer
Spencer Turner, FACHE, joined Medical City North Hills as chief executive officer (CEO) of Medical City North Hills in September 2024.
Turner brings more than 20 years of senior healthcare leadership to the role. Since May 2022, he has served as chief development officer of Medical City Dallas, where he was responsible for development and operational activities. Before joining Medical City Dallas, Turner spent 18 years as a hospital CEO in North Texas.
Turner earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, a Bachelor of Health Care Administration from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, a Certificate in Accounting and Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Kevin Inderhees
Chief nursing officer
Kevin Inderhees, MSN, RN, MHA, NEA-BC, serves as chief nursing officer at Medical City North Hills. In this role, he oversees the nursing practice and operations for all facility nurses and ancillary care services.
Inderhees joined Medical City Healthcare in 2010, serving as a nurse manager and most recently as associate chief nursing officer at Medical City Fort Worth. He has demonstrated success in leading and building teams that result in high quality experiences and outstanding outcomes. He is known for his collaborative approach and focus on quality.
Inderhees earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives.
Teddy Jones
Chief financial officer
Teddy Jones was named the chief financial officer at Medical City North Hills in August 2023.
As the chief financial officer, Jones will have direct reporting responsibility for all financial departments, including finance, patient access, health information management, case management, revenue integrity, IT&S and supply chain.
Before joining Medical City North Hills, Jones served as the assistant chief financial officer at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
Jones holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Kansas.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees of Medical City North Hills furthers the mission of the hospital by ensuring high-quality, equitable patient care in coordination with hospital leadership, advising on community needs and advocating on behalf of the hospital. Trustees represent key civic, corporate and philanthropic leaders from the greater Tarrant County community.
