Treatment provides group support and education utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy skills, mindfulness and recreational therapy. Active participation in your care will bring about the best outcomes and hope for long-term recovery, so we do everything we can to support this. We also encourage you to include your family in your treatment as much as possible.
