Orthopedic care
Orthopedists are doctors who take care of the entire musculoskeletal system. They diagnose and treat conditions such sprains, strains, broken bones, arthritis and osteoporosis. Some of the treatments they offer include recommending lifestyle changes, applying casts and performing surgeries, such as ligament repairs or total joint replacements.

Movement—we use it in everything we do. Take pain-free, easy movement away from us, and we're literally stuck. If you have a debilitating injury or chronic pain, you know this better than anyone. Thankfully, we offer restorative orthopedic care for a variety of conditions.
Before treatment can begin, we must diagnose your condition. Your doctor will start with a physical exam and diagnostic tests, such as X-rays. After the diagnosis, your doctor may recommend medication, an exercise program or surgery.
Surgical and nonsurgical joint care
Orthopedic surgery is often performed as a same-day, outpatient procedure. Your orthopedic doctor may also recommend an exercise program or physical therapy. This can help restore movement, strength and function following surgery.
Orthopedic services available at our hospital include:
- Hip replacement and knee replacement
- Other joint repair or replacement
- Fracture care
- Treatment for joint conditions, such as dislocations, slipped discs and arthritis
- Spine care
- Treatment for bone tumors and birth defects of the skeleton
- Treatment for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and osteoarthritis
