Opioid addiction treatment
Medical City Green Oaks offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction. Psychiatrists administer treatment and various therapies to reduce chemical dependency on opioids such as heroin and prescription painkillers.
MAT is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to treating substance abuse disorders using medications in combination with behavioral and counseling therapies.
