Jessica O'Neal named Dallas Business Journal honoree
Prestigious Women in Business Award honors outstanding women in North Texas.
Medical City Las Colinas CEO Jessica O'Neal was honored by the Dallas Business Journal on August 30 as one of 28 Women in Business Awards recipients.
Now in its 16th year, the Women in Business Awards highlight decision-makers across DFW who have shaped the business community. Leaders across a variety of industries were highlighted for their achievements in the workplace and beyond. Honorees this year included key executives at global companies and C-suite trailblazers at some of the region's fastest-growing firms.
Among her many notable accomplishments, O'Neal and her Medical City Las Colinas senior leadership team successfully implemented a change management plan to reduce the impact of healthcare industry labor challenges. O'Neal previously served more than three years as CEO of Medical City Children's Hospital and Medical City Women's Hospital Dallas, where she led all programs related to women's and children's services, launching and expanding world-class congenital heart and fetal surgery programs.
