Andy Leveque Named Regional Vice President of Human Resources

Dallas, Texas — Medical City Healthcare has named Andy Leveque regional vice president of human resources, effective April 2026. In this role, Leveque will oversee recruitment, retention, colleague engagement and employee relations for all Medical City Healthcare hospitals. He will also lead complex strategic initiatives and continue strengthening the organization’s value-based culture.

Leveque brings extensive human resources leadership experience to the role. He served nearly eight years in human resources for HCA HealthONE in Denver, Colorado. Most recently, as the regional vice president of HR, he partnered closely with executive leadership to address challenges and ensure operational excellence through performance measurement and continuous improvement strategies across the organization.

Leveque earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
