CEO Ken Stevens earns national recognition as a distinguished leader

Modern Healthcare 40 Under 40 list recognizes healthcare industry's rising stars under the age of 40.

Frisco, Texas — Medical City Frisco CEO Ken Stevens has been named one of Modern Healthcare’s 40 Under 40 honorees for 2026.

According to Modern Healthcare, the program recognizes the healthcare industry’s rising stars age 40 and under who contribute to a culture of innovation and help their organizations achieve and exceed financial, operational and clinical goals.

“I am humbled to receive and share this recognition with the mentors and colleagues who have inspired, motivated and shaped me as a leader over the years,” says Ken Stevens, CEO of Medical City Frisco. “Every day, it is an honor to work alongside and serve an exceptional team that demonstrates care, compassion and healthcare excellence in all that they do.”

Stevens was named CEO of Medical City Frisco in May 2025. As CEO, Stevens provides leadership, strategic direction and direct administrative responsibility for all aspects of financial operations, clinical quality and patient experience for Medical City Frisco. Stevens previously served as the chief operating officer at Medical City Lewisville from 2023 to 2025 and vice president of operations at Medical City Frisco from 2020 to 2023.

Stevens serves as a board member of the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council and for PediPlace, a nonprofit organization providing primary healthcare services for uninsured children.
