Hospice

If you know someone with a terminal illness, you might be facing some difficult choices. Medical City Healthcare's hospice care options can help you make an informed decision.

Medical City Healthcare Plus Care Network is pleased to offer this list of hospice care facilities.

Hospice focuses on the quality of life for people experiencing an advanced, life-limiting illness as well as their caregivers. Hospice provides compassionate support for people in the last phases of incurable disease so that they may live as comfortably as possible. Hospice care includes periodic visits to the patient and their caregivers by hospice nurses, aides, social workers and spiritual counselors. Hospice agencies are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond if patient or caregiver concerns arise.

Medical City Healthcare Plus Care Network shares this information to help you make an informed decision. It is the patient's right and responsibility to choose their post-hospital facility/agency.
